As a rapidly expanding Property Sales and Lettings firm, Centaur Properties needed a robust, modular and scaleable web solution. We delivered a solution that both streamlines their back-office procedures, and allows customers to browse, search and enquire about any property on the books.

We built a Content Management System (CMS) which allows Centaur Properties staff to easily add / amend / delete property listings, flag them as Top Ten or Special Offers, add photo galleries, and manage enquiries, including an appointment booking system.
All enquiries are stored on-line, and managed by a Lead Tracking module, allowing staff to keep track of all customer activity, from enquiry through to contract.

Keeping in Touch
We provided an innovative and powerful Newsletter Builder, allowing staff to create customised Email Newsletters, using either new content, or easily-selected content from the website – including up-to-date Property Details, Image Galleries and News Stories. These Newsletters could then be targeted to different segments of Centaur Property's mailing list, and automatically e-mailed to thousands of recipients.
